    Die "Dyrehave Mølle" ist mit ihrem 25 Metern und 7 Stocken und Boden einer der höchsten Mühlen in Dänemark. Sie wurde im 1858 mit vielen Ziegelsteinen gebaut.

    Die Flügel aus Douglas Fichte messen 32 Ellen, das ist ungefähr 20 Meter in der Länge und sind mit hölzernen Segeln versehen. Die Windmühlenkappe ist mit Zinkblechen ausgelegt und mit einer kleinen Mühle versehen – ein „Fächergerüst“, die selbst die Flügel in die Windrichtung dreht. In alter Zeit hat man die Mühlenkappe manuell in den Wind gedreht, und die Flügel waren mit Segeltuchbespannung versehen.

    Die 1858 am höchsten Punkt der Stadt Nyborg gebaute Dyrehave Mølle ist ein Wahrzeichen der Stadt. Zusammen mit der Gudhjem Mølle auf Bornholm ist sie mit ihren 25 Metern Höhe und 7 Stockwerken eine der höchsten Windmühlen Dänemarks. Die denkmalgeschützte Getreidemühle wurde in den letzten Jahren umfangreich restauriert.
