Irgendwann vor etwa 4.000 Jahren wurde der Steinhaufen zu einem 30 m breiten runden Steinhaufen erweitert, um zwei sekundäre Cists oder Steinsärge aufzunehmen – zweifellos, um die Überreste von Häuptlingen unterzubringen.
