    Das Denkmal für Ignacy Jan Paderewski im Ujazdowski-Park wurde kurz vor Ausbruch des Zweiten Weltkriegs in der Gießerei für Halbedelmetalle in der Solec-Straße 83 in Warschau errichtet. Der Designer des Denkmals war Michał Kamieński und das Denkmal selbst wurde auf Initiative der polnischen Gemeinschaft geschaffen, um an die patriotischen und künstlerischen Aktivitäten von Ignacy Paderewski zu erinnern. Nach dem Einmarsch der Deutschen in Warschau im Jahr 1939 wurde der fertige Guss der Skulptur auf dem Gelände der Gießerei versteckt (vergraben). Auf diese Weise überstand es den Zweiten Weltkrieg und wurde nach dessen Ende aus dem Boden geholt.
