    Großes klassizistisches Schloss aus dem späten 18. Jahrhundert, vor allem im Verhältnis zur eher kleinen Stadt. Am unteren Ende der Altstadt gelegen und mit einem großen rückwärtigen Park zum Rhein-Marne-Kanal hin.

    Das Schloss gehört heute der Stadt, untergebracht sind dort zwei Museen, eine Grundschule, die Jugendherberge sowie mehrere Theater- und Veranstaltungssäle.

    Das als “Kleines Elsässisches Versailles” bezeichnete Rohanschloss liegt im Stadtzentrum von Saverne, am Rhein-Marne-Kanal.
    Dieses im späten 18. Jahrhundert errichtete und auf Veranlassung von Napoleon III restaurierte fürstbischöfliche Schloss beherbergt heute ein Museum, ein Kulturzentrum, eine Jugendherberge und eine Schule.
    Die Fassade aus rosa Sandstein im neoklassizistischen Stil entfaltet sich über 140 Meter Länge, was horizontal der Höhe des Straßburger Münsters entspricht.
