    Die Burg Uixó wurde im 10. Jahrhundert von den Arabern erbaut. Obwohl es sich in einem zerstörten Zustand befindet, kann man die Mauerstruktur, die es verteidigte und ihm ein imposantes Aussehen verleiht, noch immer gut erkennen. Die Festung bestand aus zwei gut differenzierten Umfriedungen, von denen die erste, die Albarca, der große Raum, der für den Exerzierplatz bestimmt war, unterschieden werden kann. Im oberen Teil, der der Zitadelle entsprechen würde, sind die Sockel einiger Türme, Reste von Zisternen und Reste einiger Bauwerke erhalten.
