    Svukuriset ist ein beliebter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der Femundsmarka. Den südlichen Hof hatte der Norwegische Wanderverein (DNT) bereits 1926 gekauft und betreibt hier im Sommer eine Wanderhütte. An dieser Stelle führen Wege in alle Richtungen, so auch zum Gipfel des Stor-Svuku, zu den Angelseen Revlingsjøane und nach Elga.
