    Sehenswert ist das aufwendig restaurierte Castillo de San Felipe an der Playa de Jardin in Puerto de la Cruz. Es wurde im 17. Jh. erbaut zur Verteidigung der Schiffe, die an den Lan­dungs­brücken von Puerto Zuflucht suchten. Heute dient es als Kulturzentrum, in dem Ausstellungen und Konzerte veranstaltet werden. Geöffnet ist die Festung (außer So/Mo) 11-13 und 17-20 Uhr, der Eintritt ist frei.
