Vom Ort aus hat man einen eindrücklichen Blick über die Garfagnana, den Apenninhauptkamm und die Apuanischen Alpen.
Ist man von Castelnuovo di Garfagnana hier angekommen, ist der Weg bis zum Passo delle Radici nicht mehr weit. Man hat jedoch eine recht anspruchsvolle Tour hinter sich und auf dem Weg hier her so manches 18% Schild zu Gesicht bekommen.
