Der Abfluss aus dem ’Garibaldi Lake’ erfolgt nur durch Versickerung in Rissen des Lavadamms (‘The Barrier‘), wobei der ‘Rubble Creek‘ aus Quellen am Fuße des ‘The Barrier‘ entspringt. Während der Schneeschmelze im Frühjahr findet der Abfluss in einem Oberflächengewässer statt. Die Entwässerung erfolgt durch den ‘Lesser Garibaldi Lake‘ und den ‘Barrier Lake‘ auf einer Länge von ca. 1,6 km.
