Asolos Altstadt ist durch die Festung (Rocca) aus dem 12. Jahrhundert geprägt. Neben ihr gehören der Dom Santa Maria Assunta, die Villa Scotti-Pasini und das Castello della Regina Cornaro zu den Haupt-Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Aus römischer Zeit stammen die Überreste eines Amphitheaters und eines Aquädukts.
