Is D'Orangemolen accessible for wheelchair users or those with strollers?

The exterior of D'Orangemolen and the surrounding fortified town of Willemstad feature flat terrain, making it generally accessible for wheelchair users and strollers. However, the mill's interior is a private residence and not publicly accessible for tours, so internal accessibility is not a factor for visitors.
