    Der Bluff Park wurde schon im 18. Jahrhundert als öffentliches Gelände ausgewiesen und gehört damit zu den ältesten städtischen Aussichtspunkten der Region. Infotafeln am Weg erzählen von der spanischen Kolonialzeit, dem Handel am Mississippi und der Entwicklung der Stadt. Die Bridge of Sighs verbindet die beiden Parkteile über die Roth Hill Road. Ruhiger, gut gepflegter Weg mit vielen Bänken und Blick auf Fluss und Unterstadt.
