Our last day was sadly the most boring and disappointing. Dijon we had hoped would be fully of history along the canal but instead was modern flats, graffiti and no inferstucture for cycle tourist. So we rode on by.

The first section, which is accompanied by the Ouche, is another step towards Dijon.
The valley of the Ouche, like the part from Bligny-sur-Ouche to Pont-l'Ouche, is very scenic. Not very far, with steep slopes and little gradient. The distances between the locks are relatively large and there are a few rest areas.
