If Lake Garda is too stressful or Lake Ledro too boring for you, you should head to Lake Cavedine. It's easily accessible by bike and ideal for swimming.

Circular tour between the Sarca cycle path and a couple of dirt roads. Critical on the stretch of the Varino coast, fixed and made really banal and I don't know why... passing through Dro and returning from the Campagnola road, Ponte Romano di Ceniga and returning to Arco from the Prabi road.
