S1 - S2.
Super trail ride! There is sometimes little flow in the S2 sections in the plane. Several sliding pieces, but still very worthwhile!

Mountainbiking
The S2 sections are not drivable from my point of view. Anyone who has no problem carrying the bike for an estimated 10 to 15 minutes in the two sections will have fun. The real fun only begins after these two sections, I think.
Comparatively many hikers on the way, even on weekdays on my tour.
