This fantastic protected area is located on the east coast of Ærø, approximately halfway between Søby and Ærøskøbing. The locals call the place Cut. There is a jetty in summer, but you can also meet local bathers on winter days. Here is a fantastic view of Funen, Drejø and Avernakø. When the shelter is booked, you can use the small campground on the opposite side of the waterway. The shelter is run and maintained by a local user group.
