Cykling
The small village of Agness consists of just a few scattered houses and three or four lodges on the Rouge River, which thrive on tourism, especially the day visitors who bring the jet boats from Gold Beach up the river. A few artists have settled here and offer their artwork outdoors, and a small shop sells basic groceries. There is a sandy beach on the river and a small runway for emergencies.
