Very loose and deep gravel, careful in the curves. Otherwise there is a departure ... in some places the path is also narrow, so a beginner should not drive the path.

The ascent/descent to the saddle (depending on which side you venture from) is very steep and you should allow enough time. It's a treat for every biker who is looking for that little something extra on Plumsjochstrasse😅. Once at the top, nothing stands in the way of visiting the hut of the same name.

Fun in both directions and definitely manageable with a gravel bike. The driveway coming from Pertisau includes one or two sliding passages. This does not mean that it cannot be driven, but rather that after a stop due to loss of traction on the loose gravel, starting again is impossible. Even rode uphill with 38 at the front and 11-46 at the rear on 40mm tires.
