Vandring
This is the longest stretch of surviving fortification walls in Switzerland. The accessible section leads from the bulwark via the Murtentor to the garden of the teacher training college. The city fortification has six towers, five gates, seven city wall sections and a large bulwark.
The city walls are closed in winter, open from May 1st to November 1st. The bulwark is only open to the public in autumn.

The city wall is very beautiful. We were there alone in the best weather. It seems to be a real insider tip. In addition to the wall, there are many information boards along the route
