Vandring
The Pettstadt ferry connection can be traced back to the 14th century. As a yaw ferry, suspended on a steel cable, it is driven by the current across the river without a motor. But you should definitely inquire about the ferry times beforehand, otherwise you will be forced to turn back. We hiked in the winter months, there is no ferry service at all. It usually operates from March 1st to October 31st from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
