This is the highest point right in the city center. From here, you have a 360-degree view of the city, the Lô River, and the surrounding limestone mountains.
There are approximately 870 stone steps; it's strenuous, but the path is well-maintained. At the top are the ruins of an old French fortification and a small temple.
