The mill "'t Welvaaren" in Grijpskerke was built in 1801 and is located at Molenstraat 8. In 1997 a restoration of the mill took place. The windmill blades are 21.7m in diameter, but the mill is not capable of grinding as the hood cannot be rotated freely due to the attached house.
It cannot be visited.
