Former railway tunnel and now pedestrian tunnel, part of the Railway Culture Park (铁道文化公园). The tunnel walls have displays of Xiamen‘s history and that of the rail
line.
The rail line is the southernmost extension of the Yingxia-Xiamen Railway. Construction started in 1955 and the line was opened in 1957. but already in the 1980s it fell into disrepair. It was converted into this linear park in the 2010s.
