The Church of St. Stanislaus the Bishop and Martyr in the Denków district is the oldest parish in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski.
Between 1691 and 1702, the owners of the Bodzechów estate, Kasper Siemianowski, Cup-bearer of Wieluń and Standard-bearer of Sandomierz, and his wife, Anna of Uników, built this brick church, which was consecrated in 1741 by suffragan bishop Michał Kunicki.
Witold Gombrowicz's parents, Antonina Kotkowska and Jan Gombrowicz, were married in the Denków church.
