Manufactum uses a total of three halls of the Waltrop colliery. While the sales rooms are located in the former washhouse, the central machine hall of the mine was completed as an administrative building. The Waltroper "bread & butter" shop opened in 2001, the first of its kind at that time, is located in the left wing of the department store.

Manufactum there you will find carefully selected food, from traditional production that has become rare, unadulterated in taste and regionally and seasonally influenced - such as handcrafted cheese and sausage from tried and tested livestock breeds.

The range is supplemented by long-life foods from the Manufactum range, fruity not-from-concentrate juices, characterful wines and beers from monasteries and – especially in Waltrop – from the Münster brewery Pinkus Müller.
Manufactum in Waltrop is not called "the department store for good things" for nothing. You don't just get groceries here, just take a look and be amazed!
