This beautiful villa was once the Hotel Victoria. It was built in 1888. The owner was a merchant named E. Reisen. In 1916, it was officially converted into the Hotel Victoria, along with an annex built in 1850. During the GDR era, it housed the Poliklink Nord (Northern Policlinic). Today, it is a commercial building, including an office of the Debeka insurance company.
The building is listed as a cultural monument in Weimar.
