Green oasis in Neumarkt - if you consider that Neumarkt's sewage treatment plant used to be here, this is one of the best remains of the State Garden Show. Gastro (Seecafe, Weinstube), mini golf, a nice playground for the kids, summer night cinema in the summer months, numerous events on the open air stage. The site is always worth a visit.

The former LGS site in Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz is a popular local recreation area and a green meeting place for residents and visitors.
History
The site hosted the Bavarian State Garden Show in 1998. Under the motto "SinnesWandel," the site of a former sewage treatment plant on the Ludwig Canal was extensively renovated and transformed into a diverse park landscape. Many of the gardens created at that time have been preserved and have flourished.
Today, the LGS site is a year-round leisure park offering a wide range of activities.
