Another important site is the Kodeń Calvary, a complex of Stations of the Cross chapels located on the former Sapieha family estate. It was built on a rampart surrounding the former arsenal, Orthodox church, and family castle. Today, pilgrims come here to see and pray at the brick chapels – the Stations of the Cross.
The Calvary also houses the Church of the Holy Spirit, which was once a castle chapel for the Sapieha family and members of the court. Inside, another Kodeń monument is located – the tombstone of Jan Sapieha from 1520.
