Ruskulov church was built in 1933. When a stone church was built in Baltinava, the old wooden building was demolished and moved to Ruskulova. After being transformed and expanded, including changes to the tower structure, it was rebuilt. The church is a 10 m long and 10.36 m wide building with a tin roof, it is a single-nave room. The church has three simple wooden altars and harmonies.
