It originates from the Skeiðarárjökull glacier, and here nature reigns supreme. When you cross the bridge, stay on your line: crosswinds can play tricks on you, and cars can fill the lane. Tip: Stop for a moment on the shoulder before or after the bridge, enjoy the views of the black sand desert, and feel like you're pedaling on a river flowing straight from Vatnajökull.
