In the historic center of Alpignano, somewhat difficult to reach due to the one-way system, is the beautiful 18th-century church of San Martino di Tours. Detached from the church is the bell tower: one of the castle's entrance towers, dating back to the 14th century, it was converted into a bell tower in 1807. The whole thing is set in a lovely little square, slightly elevated above the rest of the town. Not easy to reach, as mentioned, but well worth the effort.
