This section of the trail rolls gently across the Long X Divide, following a broad ridgeline of open grasslands. Think soft dirt singletrack curving through breezy pasture, with scattered juniper and views that seem to spill off the horizon. Despite the elevation, it feels calm and expansive, where the vast prairie meets the big sky, and the only sounds might be the wind through the grass or a distant cattle call.
