Pretty flat S1er Trail with some roots.
I take this trail quite often as an introduction to a tour from peat house. Here you get a good feeling for whether on the day the roots are rather dry or wet and how much you possibly slips or not (of course, depending on the tires and rubber compound used).

Good for getting warm because on the one hand you have to step in every now and then, but on the other hand you can "rantasten" a bit to the driving technique and also - as already mentioned by John - get a "feel" for the expected trail conditions.
