Manor House is a red brick building with a neo-gothic tower on one side. Manor House was owned by von Wagner and also by Kazan’s merchant Vasily Koriakin. At the beginning of the 20th century, the estate belonged to Countess Victoria Plater-Zyberk. At the moment, the building has completely changed its character, as a new two-story part form silicate bricks was added. Former Laucesa Elementary School.

The Didrichstein Manor House is a red brick building with a neo-Gothic tower on one side. It belonged to the von Wagners, and was home to Countess Viktorija Plater-Zaiberg from 1900 to 1912. It was also the property of the Kazan merchant Vasily Koryakin. The last owner of the manor was J. Prāms. In the 1920s, a school was built on the manor. Currently, the building is partly used by a Christian congregation.
