Nihondaira Yume Terrace is a modern, wooden observation deck atop the 307-meter-high Nihondaira Hill. It features three floors of exhibitions, a café, and a panoramic platform with views of Mount Fuji, Suruga Bay, and Shizuoka City. Admission is free, and the outdoor tour is open 24 hours a day.
