Vandring
This is a very old fortified square, which was secured by a mighty moat. The other sides are steeply sloping and did not need to be specially protected. The secured area is approx. 150 m long, 70 m wide and triangular. So an area big enough for an early Fliehburg. The wall has a height of about 2.5 m on the inside and about 4.5 m on the outside. Such ditches were also created by the Celts. I ask for comments, if someone knows something more about this historic building.

Unfortunately we didn't see any of it for the sheer vegetation. But the view down to the Alz at this point was beautiful, very unspoilt!

The tractor track leading to the jump is overgrown at one point about 50 m long.
The entire area of the ski jump is now (as of August 2021) overgrown with tall flowers and bushes, so that unfortunately you can no longer get an overview of this large area.
The best time to visit is probably in winter and spring.
