The Stedden War Memorial stands on the southern edge of the central village square. It consists of a roughly two-meter-high boulder on which the names of the village's residents who died in the First and Second World Wars are inscribed in raised bronze lettering. The inscriptions commemorate the years 1914–1918 and 1939–1945 and serve as a reminder of the victims of both world wars.
As part of the local history, the memorial is a central place of remembrance in Stedden. It not only honors the fallen but also reflects the village community's culture of remembrance.
