The chapel-tomb was built in 1910 from yellow brick in the neo-Gothic architectural style at the local Catholic cemetery. According to local residents, the chapel has been preserved practically without changes and restoration, in its original form. It is located on the outskirts of Lebedevo, clearly visible from the roadway.
