Landevejscykling
Kaloko Drive offers a demanding ascent on the southwest coast of the Big Island, challenging cyclists with its steep and winding roads. Starting with a moderate climb, the grade ramps up significantly over the final seven miles, reaching double-digit inclines that demand your full focus. As you approach the summit, a cloud forest setting awaits, offering occasional views but also the possibility of wet and cool conditions—be prepared for a tough but rewarding finish.
