In 1995, in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, a sculpture was installed near the old monument to the Leningrad blockade survivors on the site of the necropolis where about 3 thousand Leningraders are buried - the head of a Russian woman, which symbolizes both a mourner and a victim of the war at the same time.
