During the war of 1812, Ivashevo was plundered by the French, after which the then owners of the village undertook major repairs, as a result of which the currently existing stone church was erected (1815). Under the Nebolsins, starting in the second half of the 18th century, an estate was formed in Ivashevo (Troitskoye-Ratmanovo): a wooden house was built, a park was laid out, outbuildings and various outbuildings were built. The Trinity Church was also part of the estate complex, of which little remains today.
