On a slope behind the parish church Unterlamm (near Bad Loipersdorf) a Lourdes-Mariengrotte was built in 2006, which now attracts thousands of visitors. It is based on the apparition of Mary in the French pilgrimage site of Lourdes in 1858. There is a particularly valuable relic in the grotto in Unterlamm, which has been put together from many tons of stones. It comes from the bones of St. Bernadette and is accessible to everyone.

Hidden behind the Roman Catholic parish church of Unterlamm is a replica of the Grotto of the Virgin Mary in Lourdes. It is a very special place of prayer and unique in Styria.
