This cute little house is the last house at Bäuerschen Straße 10 on the corner of Krumme Straße. The monument, built in 1721, can be rented. What it offers doesn't seem so small...

According to dendrochronological dating, the two-storey half-timbered building was built in 1431. Together with the neighbouring building at Bäuersche Straße 17, it is the oldest surviving residential building in the city. The half-timbered posts of the simple building extend all the way up to the roof and are a testament to this very old half-timbered style of construction.
