Medieval Tower – Carvalhal
This is the oldest building in the municipality. It appears in a will of D. Sancho II (13th century) and has had several owners, including, in the 18th century, the powerful Lafetat merchants who, two centuries earlier, had settled in our country, building a manor house in this village, which gave rise to the current Quinta dos Loridos.
