Complaining at a high level. The goal is the mountains. It's just an irrelevant link in recovery or endurance. Cycle paths are for families, kids and pensioners.

A real underwhelm for fast road cyclists. The first section to Palma Nova is quite pleasant, especially for families or relaxed riders. From Palma Nova to Palma, however, you constantly have to cross the road (tourists ride like crazy here), and the surface is pretty annoying everywhere on a road bike. A tough section—best to avoid it and take the Coll de Sa Creu, for example, to Palma.

Just drive along here, it's really okay here. We used to have to drive along the main road, and it's worse there.
