On our tour today there was no barrier sign there, but the path is in a bad condition on the slope side, at the junction with the mountain road there was a barrier sign on the ground and just above the farm cheese dairy an off-grid section was supposed to lead further to the hiking trail, but it could not be found and according to information from local residents the path was closed there, you should go up the road and follow the signs towards America on the top left.
