Mountainbiking

The construction of the sanctuary dates back several centuries, although the exact date of its foundation is not clearly documented. Over the years, the sanctuary has been a place of pilgrimage and devotion for the faithful, who come to pay homage to the Virgin of the Sierra, especially during religious festivals.

The sanctuary has witnessed numerous renovations and extensions over time, reflecting different architectural styles ranging from Gothic to Baroque. In addition, valuable works of religious art can be found inside, including altarpieces, sculptures and paintings depicting the life of the Virgin and other saints.
