The building is currently falling into increasing disrepair. Nevertheless, Linnahall is a popular meeting place for both locals and tourists, as its roof offers a view of the Baltic Sea and the city.
Furthermore, the Tallinn Stars ice hockey club played its home games there from its founding in 2002 until its dissolution in 2009.
