The Rossacher community can boast 300 years of brewing tradition with their communal brewery. This anniversary will be celebrated appropriately on Saturday, June 25, 2011.

The community of Großheirat keeps the brewing facilities, which are still in their original condition in many parts, in good condition. All renovations to date have been carried out in close coordination with the State Office for Monument Preservation. Four to five times a year, the brewery brews according to old tradition: a wholesome, light and strong beer with twelve percent original wort and around five percent pure alcohol.

Vandring

The brewery in the community of Groß Eheh has been brewing since 1711 and between four and five times a year according to old tradition. Even the brewing equipment is largely in its original condition. The bottling takes place in bottles and brewer's mugs you have brought with you, and barrels with a capacity of 10 liters or more can be purchased. The classic is the light cellar beer with an alcohol content of 4.9%.
