The Watschinger Alm is located on the Nassfeld below the Gartnerkofel in the Carnic Alps, directly on the ski slope. It is a rustic hut with cozy parlors. From the sun terrace you have a wonderful panoramic view of the Carinthian mountains.

In front of the pasture lies a tiny, crystal-clear pond, and around the pasture the rare Wulfenia plant blooms in summer. The landlords can tell you all kinds of things. In addition, they produce and sell delicious Gailtaler Almkäse - a great souvenir from the holiday.
